I think mursaat hammers are amongst the most rare with twin and others- so your near perfect is quite a find - congrats.
Im not so sure about a value as hammer seem to be underrated and dont sell for much
ill hazaerd a guess at around 15 -25k purely b/cos of the req8/15^50/and 10/10

As it stands he can get easily more then 100k for it as it is right now... but it's better to wait til the weekend to try to sell... I know it's a hammer but, for some reason people really want these skins. :P

Rofl at adding a +30hp (5-10k) to get 600k, how about not adding +30hp and still getting 600k

Do people really believe that adding two perfect mods will make a difference, to an extremely rare weapon with perfect inherent and low req?
A Zealous Crystalline of Shelter may sell for 5 Stacks, do you think adding a perfect Sundering and Fortitude (120k) will add any more than 120k to the price?

The buyers of these weapons will just add their own choice of mods, they probably don't even look to see if the fortitude is perfect or not, they look at the skin, req and inherent only.

Is it the fact tht Bloodlight eyes uses one sometimes tht theyre so desired...or are they just very rare ?
as a guide what would a clean max req 9 sell for?
