There is also one located in the Black Curtian. Though that staff just has +8 energy. It can be got from Sir Robert for 4 Abnormal Seeds.

That one is for a 20/20 staff. He wants the +1 Death Magic so he can get lvl 19 Bone Fiends one outta five chances.
