does anybody has an idea about how things work, concerning what u need for the new armors..
i mean.. if i wanna get my existing ranger a new armor.
what do i need and where do i get it?
what materials..? can i get a new 15k armor in gratine citadel for him?
is there a new place in cantha, a place like granite?

From what I saw from the FPE, there's a place to get the 15k variant of the new armours in Cantha for both sides (seeing as how both sides have different looking armour). But they will require your particular sides rare crafting material, which means you'll need to Kurzick/Luxon faction farm in order to get all materials you need.

Ranger armour needs things like tanned hide squares, maybe iron, steel. You will have to wait for the new armours

I'm not 100% sure about this. BUt I think that in order to get the new 15k armor you will need to:
1.) Do the quest were you have to get 10k faction
2.) Get your sides special rqare crafting material(amber for kurzick and jadeite for luxon0.
3.) Get the 15k of course lol
4.) Get the 25 of this and 10 of that material crap.
