K this is the first guide/startegy or what not so dont be too hard on me. All you need is to put all your points into curses. Here are the skills to take.
Enfeeble - ~17 secs of weakness (12 curses)
Insidious Parasite - for about 18 seconds, whenever target attacks you steal 17 health from that foe (12 curses)
and take various useless life sacrificing spells like veratas aura, defile flesh, etc.
All you need to do is to cast enfeeble first on dopple followed by insidious parasite. You dont have to attack because he casts them on you...and well that would be dumb to attack. Most important thing is to make sure you are out of his melee range. In other words make sure hes shooting you with his bow. All you gotta do is keep enfeeble and insidious parasite up on him and eventually he kills himself while healing you. I was lvl 17 when i faced dopple and i beat him with a little over 3/4ths health because i had ascalon armor. So ppl with droks armor this is a breeze. you cant beat him in under 50 secs but whats the diff between 50k xp and 51k xp...either way your lvl 20. Have fun.

Also, if you equip Plague Sending it keeps using that to try and give yas back weakness.... And its a life sacrifice skill.... Just don't equip plague touch.

When i did it w/ my Mo/N i just brought all life loseing skills and literally danced while he died, a uniformal rule for dopplegangers NEVER BRING HEALING
