I just thought I'd share this as I find it funny.
I've probably owned and played Guild Wars for 6-7 months. Today I picked up a Furious Sword with 6% Armor Penetration unlocking that upgrade along side a +22 hp sword upgrade.
To think I've been playing for about 7 months without ever seeing one healing or furious sword upgrade till now.
I suppose my point is that luck works both ways. Someone lucky with certain go to items may never find the simpler things and vice versa. I'd say my good luck item in guild wars has been silver dyes. Roughly a third of all dyes I've ever gotten have been silver...I'm just fortunate that they're worth as much as they are.

luckiest thing i ever got was i bought a 10k gold unid flamberge from some1 and got a 10/10 sundering mod salvaged it and got it
