I heard that spine stalkers are the worst and i don't know why? can someon tell me?

Hmmm, wonder where you heard that? Spines Stalkers are very good.
They have ranged attacks, they have AoE attacks. They have DoT attacks. They have one of the least resisted damage, being poison. They can immobilize their targets...they do some great DPS...
Don't see how that can be terrible at all.

aye there considered one of the best in PvP tied with Energy... who ever said that was probally very disapointed and didnt enjoy the play stlye.. oh and its ranged attack is -fly hehe fun to bring down flyers..

I've always found that a Spines/Regen or Spines/Nin Stalker is a good combo.
Spines is a cracking pool: -fly, immob, DoT, -Speed, -Recharge... whats not to like? apart from the Spines look like French Bread sticks ;P

its all in how ya look at it. as said before, spines do good in PvP coz all those reasons, and for PvE... its great damage over time and AoEs.
can someone with a spines/* stalker tell me plz, if ur hidden and u do spine burst in the middle of a group, does it critical hit each enemy hit?
naturally i only plan on doing this before the AS.

It doesn't crit on every guy.
It has a percent of like 50% to hit all of them coming from unhidden with Crit
As for spines, I love it with my stalker. Totally great set.

I'd love to try a Spines/Nin Stalker...I just can't think of a concept to support the play of it though...oh, and I have a lot of alts and I7 is on the horizon.
I have never played the Spine set and I'm curious about how it actually plays.

One of my two mains is a spine stalker. They are probably one of the best, definatly not the worst of the stalkers!!!
(and thats to say because i didnt get that far with him before i remade him)
Also in answer to your question spine burst while hidden normally does criticals on people, but it doesn't leave them on their knees like other attacks may, probably because it hits that many more people, and it looks cool :P

Don't actually prefer them myself, but would not say they are anywhere close to 'the worst' or in fact, bad in anyway. I'd agree with the others in that they are quite effective.

It depends more on your style, do you like to polish them off one at a time? (get martial arts, ninja blade or energy) or do you like to work on multiple foes at once (spines or the later claw moves). I guess you could also say it depends on your secondary but thats technical and i'm shattered, thus won't try to explain it.

Every power set can suck or can own depending on your own style. If you think Spines are cool, then they are cool. If you think Spines suck, then spines suck. It's simple as that.
