Titles

This title's thing is all great to me but I think I'm not understanding the use of them fully. I know what you need to get them and what not like the last title I got which was Tyria Protector which was for completing all the missions and bonuses. My other titles were Mighty Hero r3 and Tyrian Trailblazer 82.4% explored. Every time I log on to my main character I end up seeing a new title for me to try and obtain. Last time was Wisdom Tracker which involved identifying 100 rare items, and after that was Kind of Big Deal which involved getting the highest tier in 5 titles. With each time I log on more and more titles seem to keep on popping up and I was just wondering where all this would lead to.. I mean sure it keeps me forever occupied but and gives me bragging rights over some ppl but other then that well...idk

ARe there any more titles that I don't know about? Like for xp? or consecutive wins in GvG/HoH/Ra/Ta?

Far as I know they're just for bragging rights, I would like to have the explorer Title, but I don't know if I have to reveal both Pre and Post?

You can gain the title of Drunkard after 1000 minutes (I don't imagine they are consecutive) of being drunk.

I think it has to do with rank. After you gain so much rank in PvP, you are awarded the title might hero. Don't know the specifics, sorry...

Cool, thanks, yeah it has to do with rank, you need to be rank 3 with 75 Fame. Thanks though, I'll give ya some credit

Actually that's not true.... You obtain fame through winning matches at Hero's Ascent (a.k.a HoH) Each time you win a match there you'll get fame and its not 75 fame to get rank 3.. I wish it was but actually you need 180.
25fame=r1
75fame=r2
180fame=r3
360fame=r4
etc etc etc...
I'm rank 3 with 300fame atm and only need 60more fame to get my rank 4 :).
For winning in the Random and Team arena's you can get the gladiator pts if you win 10consecutively if I remember correctly and you need 25 gladiator pts to get the title.

They should add a Title for hours played, although that might discourage a handfull of people, it would make me happy, since it's the only title I see myself ever acquiring.

Dang, I was planning on trying to get Kind of a Big Deal by opening 100 chests, identifying 100 gold items, tyrian protector, canthan mission completion, and drunkard. But those aren't the highest ranks! Man, it will take me forever to get that.

Ahh hell, got the Drunkard Title with my Necro, cost me a total of 334k, and alot of time doing absolutely nothing...

And i was shocked to find out that theres another title after that, good thing is, that atleast the Ale-Hound title will be the last one...

Althou i need to get my hands on 1.5mill first...

If they had a title for hrs played I'd be fairly happy since I've played for quite a bit. I know there are ppl who are extreme to the max and have played for like probably 2k hrs though but I'll catch up to them too :P

i don't like titles that only work for 1 character

i got my mighty hero (3) title now but im busy with the friend of luxon titel ( give 250k faction to your guild ). and i already gave my guild 80 xD

btw: explore title sucks cuz its the most used title in the game.

drunkard and gladiator titles aren't seen much, i want the gladiator to.

the only title that is actally usefull is prob the gladiator title since that unlocks the gladiator arena.

explorer title is cool if ur 90% and up which is hard to achieve. coolest title would be champion but i know ill never get that one
