| SO, i got a question for ya :) |

I'm probably missing something obvious, but how do you get your Prophecies characters to the island the new Factionies start at? I want to do those 2 missions, need skill points :P

Go to marketplace and go to the docks, talk to the guy there and you're get to the island.

Or am I at wrong docks? are there docks on another side?

the harbour outside the marketplace or kerning center you get a quest that takes you there i think or you can just go

You can't get your Tyrian char to Jing Shei island. The reason for this is so that you cannot do the attribute points quests. Otherwise your char would have 230 attribute points.

Dont mind me asking; but where are those 15 pnt attribute missions? i cant find any NPC with missions anymore so ive moved on to the mainland, but i have had no 15 att missions (should be 2 compared to prophesies). Can anyone point them out or in what general area they should be?

That's correct. You can take your prophecies characters, as I too had my ranger there just this weekend. Only thing is that there is nothing to do there, except farm. Just like was mentioned above, you cannot do any of the quests or missions.
