yes it was because of factions. A-net made the drop rate of them alot higher so thats why the price has gone down so much

Ok heres the stats
7-17 damage ( max ) req 8 dagger mastery
+19% damage while hexed
20% armor penatration ( 19 % chance )
+1 dagger mastery (19 % chance )

k i just thought it would be annoying to waste one of the mods and the low req :)
If there is a line between sanity and insanity i have not only passed it but come back with souveniers
