It would be a great thing to be able to select the last page of a topic at the title ..
I always hate to click on a thread I already know except the last few posts and then always have to start at page one clicking my way to page X from there .. It would be much easier to simply select the page number at the topic title as with so many of the other forums.

yeah.. kind of a pain. I do know that the dev's are working to improve the site all the time. Improving the forums is surely on their list of things to do... I just don't know where it sits as a priority.

On the topic of the devs, I was just wondering if they built these forums from scratch, or it if was a forum software package? Wondering only because if they built it from scratch, it's a pretty darn good job. I think the Gameamp forums are the best looking and most organized forums I've seen on the 'net.

They built the forums from scratch. And here in the near future they are planning on revamping them. It is just going to be down the road a bit because of other big projects they are working on. And because they built them from scratch, when ever changes are made it takes them a bit of time to get it programed in.
But there is change planned, and I've given them a great big wish list for the forums (the ability to click to the last page being one) for when they do the revamp.

Already been mentioned- A last page icon/button for threads for sure. Also a poll / vote funtion - good for direct feedback for yourselves and the game developers.
Otherwise cool as, especially the open format - no "thou shalt not mention anything but stuff" - respect :-)

We have talked about having a poll function, and the Powers that Be said it isn't something they want to add to the site. Maybe down the road I can convince them of getting it, but for now, we have to go w/ the feedback we get in the forums.
And we have communities on GameAmp, if we limited what people could talk about, that wouldn't be very community friendly. So if you want to discuss something not about the game, we like to make sure you have a place to do it.
