My first opinion in this discussion is...
A Mechanics Garage. You can watch the changes happen to your vehicle. You click "Change Tires to(select tire type)" Then you watch the old tires pull off and the new ones go on.
Stuff like that...
What do you think?

I think it would be cool the first couple times, but after seeing it so many times, you'd probably get tired of it and just want your vehicle back. I say good idea, as long as they allow you to skip it if you desire.

Well, people are already impatient about the walking speed in AA, think about what people will do when they're forced to watch their car be upgraded by slow NPCs... This game's all about speed, players would like to know they can upgrade their car on the fly then go back to their regular rampage in a snap.

The walk speed is already alot faster than the walk speed in most MMORPG's and 15 seconds to improve the already pretty cool graphics would increase my enjoyment plus the idea to make it skippable makes everyone happy.
