1 000 000 Exp Mark Should be Rewarded

Ive reached the million exp mark for a while now and i was thinking...for those who have achieved this, anet should give them something, like reseting cost to buy skills, or some gold, or a weapon mod of their choice. What does everyone else think? wat other "gifts" would be nice?

I agree kinda, but then it wouldn't be that fair of an accomplish ment. Cause you have all of these solo farmers that can get to 1+mill exp easy.

Well for me the 1M exp mark was pretty big considering i never farm and rarely do FoW except for with a team..still..overall the mark is nothing since most people have 55 monks and they have 2, even 3 million exp from UW..So really if ANet did give something, it wouldn't have much value since most people have it... at least not in terms of selling the item..still it would be nice to reward those casual PvE players with something since ANet does favor farmers and heavy PvPers but does little for the casual players out there.

for those farmers to get exp easily, u have noe wat ur doing, the right build requires skill and knowledge and noeing how to use em. Grats to those who can farm solo easily, thats a sign of a very experienced player.

I myself can do so :-)

Unless they used the old prot bond..that build let you farm in your sleep.

The one thing i like about GW is that they let the casual player play normally without having to spend 20 hours a day playing just to get ahead..but they also severly handicap the player in comparison to those who do play often or do other things like farm. In a way they should be rewarded since they go the extra step to make the builds and learn to use them..on the other hand the casual player should also be rewarded since competing with farmers in terms of player to player trade and armor buying and whatnot is just as challenging without farming as the farming process..

You also have to keep in mind that gw has its own economy. So for those can use it and take advantage will get ahead, no question. For those that just sit around hoping to get gold, wont. RL has a funny way of making it into games

a title would be nice, but for something tougher, like 2.5 mill exp (that would be a challenge) But not an item, that's not fair

If there should be a title when you get a lot of xp, then it should be at 10M exp.. 1M is pretty easy to get!

10 million would be way to much for anyone but a farmer if they made one for that might as well call it Ultimate Farmer or maybe Has no life. One my ele who i play the most hasn't even broke 1 million all i do is team stuff missions or FOW.

I'm close to the millions mark I'm around 842k exp I think for a ranger that is really good. Since no one really like a ranger or mesmer on groups =(

Well, I kinda agree and disagree at the same time.

I agree that there should be a reward, like a title. But I feel that XP should only be 1/2 of the equation.

A UW 55 Monk farmer can typically (at least in my friends case) achieve 1M XP in less that 300Hrs. of playing time. Maybe even sooner, I don't know.

In order to differentiate, make it an XP title provided you have played a minimum of xyz hours.

I have 2M XP but I have played in excess of 1,000 hrs on my monk-account total of 1,600hrs. I have also died nearly 1,100 times, too. LOL Helped over 36 times in THK, and various other missions (forgot to strack those :( ), and generally monk for anyone in my guild. Did I say, I liked to monk?

Just my opinions.

I have 2.5 million exp on my monk acct and she is 10 months old and has 400 hrs on her.

I have done a ton of farming with this monk as I was farming way back in the day when 55 was a new build. I have done mostly griffon and troll runs with a bit of solo UW in the old days. I have also completed the game and all missions/quests with this monk. I have also done some power levelling for people with scrolls. I am now going for titles with her as she is the furthest ahead of all my characters in that regard.

As you can see it didnt even really take me all that long to reach 2.5 million exp (400 hrs!). If they give a title for it, it shouldnt kick in till 5 million or so.
