It's a decent W/A weapon but i'm not sure how many w/a use daggers..The req is nice but the skin is common though. My suggestion is let them name a price but a general price range would be 15-25 maybe even 30k.
Edit: I know that after i unlock all the skills for my Warrior i'm going to mess around with builds and a dagger weilding W/A is something i've been meaning to try.

Vampiric mods work great on daggers. I think at least 15-20k (inherent mod isn't that great).
