claws/dark sugestions

i have a lvl 21 claws/dark armor scrapper
her name is merlin's lust and is on infinity
she has pool powers:
combat jumping
super jumping
should i get acrobatics

flurry i will probly respec this out and get hasten
super speed

claws:
strike
slash
spin
follow up actually is quite useful when your being sked by lvl 50s
focus which i have found to be realy realy nice since it is range and does the most damage so far and can knock back
should i get swipe now or is it not worth it
dont want to get confront have enough trouble with aggro

Dark armor:
Dark embrace
Death shroud
Cloak of darkness it is help full when you want to cheat your way through a mission ss and this is funny
i am going to get obsidian sheild sometime soon i found out how needed it is with the tsoo
i dont care for dark regeneration willing to bet doesnt save your bacon enough to be worth it. oh i have played with it with another toon just rembered thought it was sweet then used it and doesnt do enough.

no i havent got any of the fitness tree yet spending to much on other things
i have been lately being sked by lvl 40's - 50's so end is a problem sometimes but when i am being sk doesnt really make any difference.

i will get the fitness tree probly sometime and i want to get the last of the claw powers cant rember the last dark powers but probly get some of those.

Do you have any suggestions?

Welcome to the site, merlin! I have never played a scrapper past level 5, so I can't be much help to you. But I know there are others here who will know all about them!

I have a claws stalker so I could help there.

I wouldn't go for swipe - though in i7 they are reducing the animation time I still don't like the power. It also sounds like you have a nice line up there anyway. With Claws' short recharge times, there probably wouldn't be space for swipe in the attack chain.

On the DA side of things, you really are going to need Obsidian Shield at some point. My katana/dark scrapper got his at lvl 10. Although there isn't a lot of use for it at that point, if you are now in the 20s you are going to get mezzed a lot. Obsidian Shield is an extremely good mez protection power; it covers stuff that even tank ones don't. It also gives resistance to psionic damage, which will come in extremely handy later on.

DA is very toggle-heavy, which means end-heavy too. I would seriously advice going for the fitness pool. Acrobatics isn't essential, but I don't like being knocked down/back so I'm likely to take it at some point. However, you won't have space to do it with Super Speed as well.

I have a scrapper build somewhere on my PC which has stamina, acrobatics, as well as all but 3 (I think) DA powers. I'll try and dig it up for you.

This is a build I just came up with. You can swap out some acc for end redux or whatever but you get the gist of the situation. How you've made it as far as you have without Obsidian Shield and Murky Cloud is beyond me. :p Also, I threw spin in at 32 just because you seemed like you wanted it.

You'll notice that some of the slots are for higher lvl's, I stopped at 38 because the rest of the power picks and such would be to your flavor.

how good is that gloom ability?
i am thinking of going dark for the epic abilites. what do you think. i will defantly get the snipe ability from it, comeon a sniper attack for a scrapper boyah.

It's not a snipe attack, it's a plain ole' ranged blast. It is good against enemies that are resistant to lethal (all claw attacks are lethal damage). Dark Mastery also allows you to get at a hold and a cone immobilize. Probably the second best APP (ancillary power pool) there is. However, you will have to deal with redrawing your claws after every time you use the blast/hold/immob.

I dont think i made the greatest choices of when to get powers, but how does it look as far as powers and enhancement spots. Thanks for any help.

The build doesn't look bad. However, 6 slotted stamina and health I will disagree with. With ED (enhancement diversification) your only getting about 15-18% increase with the last 3 slots. Also, I think you have way too many attacks. You'll find you have attacks that are recharged before you've gone through your attack chain once. I would also put 2 more damage resist's in each of your toggles, your not gonna last long any other way. I would suggest picking up powers that are good right out of the box instead of picking up another attack that you can't fully slot, looking at you Spin. I would grab acrobatics, unless you like getting knocked all over creation.

So, take out 3 slots from stamina and health, put them in Murky Cloud/Dark Embrace/Obsidian Shield. Drop spin (if you can't fully slot it) for acro, only get it sooner than 50. Move out some of the slots in Soul Transfer, with 3 recharge it'll be up often enough and during the rez animation you should be able to get all of your toggles back up and fire off Dark Regeneration to top you off. Otherwise, it looks pretty good.

if you look i have end mod enhancements on soul trasfer and it didnt seem worth puting that 2 anywhere i havent totaly figured out where to put acro but hey it could go there. other than that i have taken your sugestions. does this look playable.
