Yea this build I made up myself is for necros(don't know if anyone else thought of it) and it goes like this.
(E) Life transfer
Awaken in blood
Conjure Phantasm
Life siphon
Vamp touch
blood renewal
vamp gaze
unholy feast
You gotta have
16 blood(duh)
8 illusion
rest soul reap
I was using koles staff at the time
This can be a pvp or pve build I will try and explain how to use in both
PvE
Ok this can be used in several wys in PvE but I used it for farming and killing glint(lol). You can use this for farming golds from dragon lilies in factions. To do this you must go to an area with them(forgot exactly where i go lol) and use awaken in blood. Then use life siphon and life trans. They should die fairly quickly. If not vamp gaze them. It will take a bit for life trans to recharge so just use conj phan and use all of the vamp skill(they shoud die then). So just repaet those steps(renew awaken in blood btw) and you should have fun(and get drops if your lucky).
PvP
This is simpler
All you do is cast life trans and life siphon (blood renewal if neccesary) on the monk/nuker/MM/spiker/massive heal or dmg dealer. It will be tempting just to degen a warrior to death but DONT DO THAT!!!! I lost a 17 game winning streak beacuse a monk screwed the hexes and my monk died.

seems like a normal nec/mes degen build, that you see so often in the random arenas.
sorry, nothing really new.
as for the build
it can be annoying and killing, but curses are so much more annoying. try to make a PvE build with spinal shivers and winter :) that would be slightly new (or maybe not since I just said it..)
The mursaat have covered the vulcano with potent anti-magics. I can feel them draining my power away even now.

cant say i have seen the 'exact' build before, but blood degen with a little direct damamge is more fun than the typical cookie cutter 'yeah i am a mm' or 'yeah i am an ss nec' as mentioned above, i like curse slap together builds myself.
however... awaken in blood sounds gross :P

it does. :P
as for winter + spinal shivers, I found that out during the last mission ^^ creatures basicly can't cast anything if all the casters attack the targets. it's sweet
