ok since i have altism i have never really gotten a character very high. but i fell in love with my dominator after my previous main, a sluggish brute. Shes so much fun but ive only gotten her to level 12. I was wondering some things about the respec beacuse i kno that i will probably get one
1 where is it?
2 who is the contact?
3 what is the object?
4 how is the best way to do it?

For free respecs type /respec.
For others go to the Arbiter next to the training Arbiter in Nerva. To start a respec you have to talk the demon and I believe the succubus in nerva. . .go to vidiotmaps.com to get their location. Respecs are at 24 and 34 i believe
For your dominator you should save any respecs and use them as late as possible. . .powers that Dominators needed in younger levels are not always needed in elder. . .you should use your respec when you absolutely need it. I usually wait to respec in stamina instead of going for fitness so i can have stamina at 20, you can learn about powers you need and you will actually play to a point where you would make better use of your endurance, when you get stamina, imo

how do u get earned respecs. I kno in CoH you have to go to some NPC, what do u have to do in CoV?

in nerva there are two contacts as mentioned earlier, the demon and succubus. They will ask if you would like to start a Task Force. You will need at least 3 team members (4 total) to start the Task Force. If I remember correct it takes 3 missions. The first two are simple but the third is in a big tree and you have to kill the roots, not very easy.

First respec nerva east of the tech store on a dock next to the Crey expermental "zoo". Its a Demon forget the name but it's an anagram of Respec Trial. Most the missions are pretty standard, final mission circle around the big room taking out the COT, then either go as a group at the vines or if possible split in 2 groups and kill around till you meet then its tree time. kinda simplified, but enough to get you started.
Course might be a free one with i7 in which case as KJ said type /respec or see the arbitor he mentioned.

I believe it was confirmed that there was a freebie coming with Issue 7. I don't have the post, but I'm 99% certain.

When you log in it will give you a count, you can only have 1 free respec at a time but you can also have as many earned respecs as you completed (limit3, i per level of respec (currently only 2 third will come with i7))
