I play WoW, CoV and GW and I want to know if AA is worth getting? How much would i need to pay if i have to?

I think that is something you have to decide for yourself.

I personally didn't really care for it. I will be sticking with CoH for the time.
After purchasing the game there is a monthly fee of $14.99.

Yes. AA has prepaid time cards. 14.99/month is the cost, 29.99 for the 60 day game cards.
The game is a lot of fun for casual players who aren't the "power leveler" types. If you wanna just hangout and play, this game is AWESOME...but if you're "hardcore" - try out the trial.
