| Who have problems with Gw in these days.. |

I have got 10 lvl´s over lvl 20, without getting killed, but still i haven´t got the title SUVIVOR. And when i logged in today morning. I was not i a Guild. but then 2minutes later i was.. My little brother have preorder items on his account, but when he makes Tyria/Cantha characters he didn´t get the preorder weapons, and nothing happens when he type /preorder....

U can only get the Title survivor when u make a new charracter and get it to lvl 20 without getting killed once I think, so it wont work on old charracters.
About your other problems, can't help u with those I think...

thanks for the info about the title SURVIVOR. nobody have told me that i could´t get it with an old character.

Next time you're logged in type /deaths and make sure it says You have died 0 times.
As for the other things, it's probably a lag issue. The preorder items, I would email tech support about.

Yes, the Surviror title only works on newly created chacarters, not on old ones. As for the guild problem. It happens sometimes and its normal. So don't worry about it. Alot of times it happens after an update, where the guild servers are bogged down, and everyone signing back on. Happens a few times without there beign a update. Its normal, so its alright. :) As for the pre-order problem. That would have to be a support issue.

Well, where is he attempting to type /preorder? You can only do it in towns and if you don't already have them in inventory.

How does someone get the survivor title? Do you disconnect when you are about to die? Do you never do PvP? Do you get powerleveled? How is it possible to go through the entire game without dying?

I agree, who in the world can get to lvl 20 without dying. Well maybe on cantha's you could possibly to do it I died 5 times to get to lvl 19.
I think the best way is ask few really good friends to spend few day helping you do all the quests on Cantha's I am sure you'll reach level 20 in no time without dying =D

It should be fairly easy in Cantha. Though in Prophecies, shall be kind ahard. Unless your extremely careful.

You'd probably have to be a monk in tyria, so you could survive the pvp style thing at the end. Just run away and heal yourself.

I've always done preorder. I've actaully just tried both commands, and neitehr work... hmm.... I'm gonna have to contact Support again. xD

It is /preorder for the preorder items.
The /bonusitem command was for people with the factions collectors edition, so they could get their Kuunavang minipet.
