Hi.
basically when i start up bf2 and i connect to a server and i click "join game" my bf2 closes and it does it quite alot of time, which is really annoying coz then it takes me a very long time to log back in :( :P
and even when i do get on a server im very laggy
and i got
2meg broad band
ATi-Radeon 9600 pro
768mb Ram
its not the best computer in the world but my friends have got worse and they don't experience the same thing i do..

Your card should play the game.
Have you downloaded and installed the latest graphics software for your card?
Are you overclocking your card?
Have you done maintenance on your computer (disk cleanup, defrag the hard drive, run ad-aware and run spybot)?
Are your running a firewall while playing?
Are you running anitvirus programs while running the game? (or mucho software loading when you start your computer)

Well So Rumors have told me that When i click join game and it closes its happening to quite alot of people now and apperently its a bug.. but Thanks alot for your replys guys =) Appreicated.

I have not heard that one, I think you are listening to bad rumors.
But in any case, the lag is not a bug.
