so yeah, this week being my first week of summer break, i decided to do something on GW besides farm and try winning favor and hopefully getting a rank. a friend and i tried IWAY and got pwned, we tried it about 4 more times and we still didn't get past the underworld (although we skipped to the courtyard once and faced MATH... that was.. fun.). So what other build is there besides IWAY that can help an unranked person get some fame? I was thinking about being a shock war (my warrior is a w/mo/r/e), but I wanted to know if there were other, better builds.

you could be a VIM TRAPPER if you got a ranger.

A good idea is to start learning how to play a monk, they will always be needed, if you are lucky you could find a "teacher". There are some r8/9 people that learns lowranked players how to do tombs properly. GL in the future w00f.

Well, wat are you good at man?
U can be anything if u got all the right skills and items unlocked, u just gotta know what you most comfortable playing so that u can help your group win a few.
Im guessing your more of a warrior by ur avatar so id probably either stick to IWAY or go for the builds that require more thinking Eg. Balanced, ViMway(not recommended), Adred Spikes, Degen, Pressure... watever u can get into i suppose. its probably a good idea to become good as a caster since only so many warriors are needed and there are so many to choose from..

Use Sprint over rush so you dont have to wait for addred to cancel Frenzy out... dont wanna get cought in a spike with frenzy up trust me lol. And you could take distracting blow BUT it might be a good idea to throw in penetrating just for some extra damage, use Shock as ur KD-Interupt... oh and 1 more thing, dont waste attrib points on air.. its not worth it rather chuck em in strength and use watever u have left in air. Shock is really only for the KD/Int

9 tactics is a bit much. try 6.
and for spirits, you do not take EW in vim. with vim you have enough energy so only take qz. ofcourse do take nr and frozen (and tranquility)
but vim is a good build to farm some fame..it pretty easy.
The mursaat have covered the vulcano with potent anti-magics. I can feel them draining my power away even now.

Ok, if anyone still wants to help, I'll be up for balanced, dual smite, or rspike.. will play either the shocker in balanced/dual smite, and the R/Me in rspike.. I am pretty decent in both, my IGN is in my sig...

pm me if u see me when i am on, i am nearly always doing HA recently, got myself nearly up to r2 now, and with my holidays coming soon i will hopefully get r3 very quickly.
I have played most builds and i love VIM, it is soo damn fun, while also being a good faction farm, dual smite is pretty good and fun aswell, hm havent actualy done an r-spike yet but would love to join you if u ever do.
IGN: Spoon Mad, Bow and Spoons, (add this to friends list because i change chars alot, i use pvp and have 7 pve aswell)

Nice builds and advices here... i might even consider gaining some fame myself this vacation ;p (im still more of a PvE'er then HA or HoH)
