I posted this to GW support and they told me to place it on the forums. Wondering what others think and of other ideas? Don't take my details too factually, they're mainly examples and I'm not saying everything is the same fr everyone. Just consider the concept and how it would impact you.

I was wondering if there is any intention to or if it would be considered to give account holders this option:
Once every 3 or 6 months, if the user has less than 4 territory changes left it would add one?
Territories has been an issue for those of us in countries such as Australia, where we are spread between both, and different servers appear to be populated differently at different times of the year. Lately in Europe i have been found stuck with many many towns having less than 3 people, often just me.
Many of my friends have transferred to America, but alot of us are apprehensive because our switches are forever limited. And the connection seems stronger to Europe.
Is it possible anything like this may be implemented? After all, forever is a considerable amount of time. And if not, may I ask your justification for not giving any sort of implementation similar to this?
Thanks,
Matty

actually i think having it where u can change territory after using the first 4 up every 3-6 months is a good idea for like it said for people in australia like im English (yes i know european) but due to me sleeping in the day due to me working early in the morning i can hardly get any 1 for missions and have to mainly rely on henchmen (which if u have noticed aint that good)

I agree with you, this would be ideal for those of us who travel for extended periods (ie: Europe for 8 months, back to NA, etc), those of us with strange shifts that switch irregularly, and others who might have a hard time finding a group b/c they play in their region during off hours.
HOWEVER, I think these region changes should be considered carefully because it may affect the game economy to a small degree w/ players switching regions more often to gain access to "favor" restricted areas.
Just a thought but I do agree, it would be nice to know these changes aren't forever. This is the same kind of situation as the region encoded DVD system that annoys the heck out us who travel and can't watch movies.

I agree that this is a fairly nice idea - i wouldn't use it too much myself as i'm happy playing on american D's for now, however i have wanted to go do some UW/FoW with the gameamp guild, but most of them are european when i'm on.

That is why I said every 3-6 months, since favor changes several times a day, changing once every 3 or so months wouldn't be profitable enough just to switch for that, if they want to switch once every 3 months for something that will change 4 hours later, I don't really see a great unbalancing harm from this particular situation. The benefit for us legitimate switchers would outweigh such a trivial change. I can't see many changing for that reason.
Thanks for the feedback guys, let's see if we can get any more support and feedback, good or bad, I want any views people ^_^
So thanks guys
