The 'They Should Really Have...' Thread

Heya guys,

I've never started a big thread before and I hope to now. What I'm interested in is what updates you would add to the game, preferably small as things could get out of hand in we went into large scale...You basically just need to write ' They Should Really Have' with your suggestion on the end.

I'll be offering some cred for some clever suggestions!

Here is my little one:

---They should really have mods for weapons which increase attack speed seeing as they already have casting speed for spell casters, for example

'Swift Axe Haft: Increase Attack Speed by 12%'

--- They Should also really have a mod for a weapon so it has a chance of not causing exhaustion, for example

'Staff Wrapping of Preservation'
Your spells don't cause exhaustion (chance 10%)

They should really have Dyeable Hair ! I grow tired of people with the same colour hair. Why not make it more unique and let people dye their own hair !

I think they should have a item, prob an expensive rareish one, that allows you to change your characters apperance, size face ect. the stuff you choose when you first start, then if you don't like it after a while you can change it without restaring your character.

they should really have barber shops or salons lol so that if u get bored of your look u could change at least ur hair and maybe get ur skin bleached ;)

There should be this island you could buy for like 20k or something where you ran your own farm and earned farm credits, which could be traded in for extra cow feed or a new ranch. You could tend crops, build a house, chop wood. And you'd get "peasant" clothes so you'd look like a farmer too.

Just something to do when you don't want to do PvP.

Edit: @ Dergin, yeah we do need more pubs, somewhere where we could buy diferent kinds of ale and part when we get bored. Strip clubs, I don't think so. Just make a female character and do it yourself.

Awwww, that Island thing would rule! They would have to try not to get too carried away though, they might end up letting you have your own inn and stuff and it would turn into Sim City 2000 ahhhh!

They should really have a trading system where you can put up an item for sale in a busy city, set a price then leave. People would be able to go shopping through the different items and buy what they want without waiting for someone to advertise. This would get rid of haggling but would make selling items easier and less time consuming.

How 'bout just having a stall in a special markeplace dist. where you post items and set a price but can't leave. It had been discused before and there was some sort of problem with being able to sell items while not being there.

just to add to this you could make it so that you can sell the wood and maybe the cow hides as leather and make gold like a sort of material merchent, or use it urself for armour.

I'm not sure if this is supposed to go here, because it only realtes to Factions, but it is still something that they should have done. Anet should have made Shiro like 10x harder to fight. He is extremely easy. We beat him in like 1 minute and 24 seconds. Why is Glint harder than Shiro? Shiro is supposed to be this supervillan, so then y is he a piece of cake?

At least let me face him 1v1 =D

And also they made a new update that changed major rune health penalty from -50 to -35, but it doesnt change ones that you already bought. I know I could just go out and buy one, but then I have to take the time and effort to get my new one, and its just a hastle =(

Yeah! Mounts would be great! Probably quite expensive or hard to capture but really useful for running...then you could have Animal Arenas where you fight on your mounts!

a low lvl saltspray mount/pet would be wkd, i can see it now, you have to steal an egg and carry it round with you for x amount of time (like pokemon i know :P), then it hatches and you have a dragon, yay cool.

since i love necs i will say that they really should have alot of different undead allies to summon like skeletal mages or skulls snakes... things that have different attacks and spells

yeah, or make on of the new professions a complete minion master, and take the skills from necros. They would be really nice, Summon Bone Dragon (lvl 30 but requires 5 corpses to exploit) *drool!)

I want an Amulet of Appearence, as noted earlier....

I think it should be a reward for a VERY hard quest past the end of the game, rather like a Titan quest with a better reward, about as hard as Defend North Kryta. Lets ya redesign your character.... But you have to stay as male or female.

I made my warrior real short, and now I want to change to tall because it suits my Kurz armmour better, and a warrior.
