Where can I get the Korean language pack? The Google results are all [] characters where the Korean should be.

what we just need to do is copying the korean characters and pasting them into the search table. why you need a language pack?

Oh, now I know what do you mean.
Yep, if you can't see the Korean characters, you may set your language system. In the Control Panel.
If your PC don't have Korean language pack, i think you may download one. or i would like to searching one for you.

I got the language packs installed now, I tried for 2 hours to activate an account but everytime I entered the name and the KSSN and hit accept it gave me a dialog box and brought me to the home page. Anyone know what I could be doing wrong?

that means your kssn has already been registered by another person. by now it would be virtually impossible to create an account since account creation discussion scattered like cancer in the net. unless of course, you can get kssn account directly to a korean guy, who is not interested in playing sun. but that kind of situation is highly unlikely.
my suggestion is, 'dig' deeper thru the net, find it 'somewhere' where others can't. (hahahaha wth?)
ps: kssn generators doesn't work
