| Does kurzik/luxon choice affect guild members |

I have 6 characters running in prophesies/factions and am guild leader to a guild with around 30 members. My main factions character has reached the point in the game where the choice of Luxon or Kurzik alliegance is required to progress further. If this character choses one of the sides, does that tie the whole guild to that choice? If, for example, I choose luxon, what happens to any guild members running characters who chose kurzik? Can I choose one side as one character and the other side as another character?

Short answer: yes. Furthermore, you don't have to worry about your guild. The per-character affiliation with either side is different than the per-alliance one.

It does not affect other guild members!
When your guild choses a side to follow (Kurzick or Luxon) then u talk to one of the guys who can arrange it that your guild becomes Kurzick or Luxon (in HzH or Cavalon).
But when you chose to do the Luxon side of the game and you are in a Kurzick Guild, that doesn't have any affect on other guild members, not even if you are the leader!
However, if your guild is Kurzick and u donate Luxon faction, that will have effect on the guild (dropping of faction), but then again no other effects.
People can play both sides of the games without problems! The individual choise u make in your own campaign doesn't affect other guild members. Only when u officialy declare as leader that your guild goes Kurzick/Luxon will it affect other members.

It doesn't really matter if your characters are luxon or kurzick. I do both. And use the faction I get to get materials (amber and jade).
However, you as the leader chooses the side of the guild to either join the luxon or kurzick alliance. So you should talk with your guild members and aks which alliance they want to be in.
