Well i had a really good post and then my comp crapped out and i don't feel like doing a huge build list so here's my build.
Armor: Monk tats healing scalp
Runes: Major Divine Minor Healing Superior Vigor
Weps: Monk healing items of choice preferably ones that give health to you.
Attributes: Healing 14 (12+1+1)
Divine Favor 14 (12+2)
Skills: Orison of Healing
Word of Healing
Healing Breeze
Healing Touch
Infuse Health
Heal Area (Karei's Healing Circle)
Divine Boon
Ressurect
How to use the infuse skill in this build:
1) Bring oneself to full health using orison and healing touch.
2) Cast Infuse health on person in great need of health (less than half health)
3) Quickly cast heal area to bring health back to or close to full.
4) Cast infuse again when needed
5) Use heal area again
5a) if heal area is not available use haling touch and orison to bring self to full health again.
Variants:
1) For alliance battles
A) Replace Ressurect with Karei's Healing Circle to allow yourself to use infuse health an extra time without bring your own health down.
B) Replace Ressurect with Divine Healing to use when health is low but no one is attacking, or when party members are near and need to be healed.
C) Replace Ressurect with Heal party after AoE damage has been dealt.
2) When you are going to be taking damage
A) Replace Divine Boon with Live Vicariously to help give a constant health gain to yourself
B) Replace Divine Boon with Mending, to give yourself a constant health regen.
3) When in a group with damage dealing warriors.
A) Replace Healing Breeze with Vigorous spirit so they gain health for a longer time while in battle.
4) When WoH is not available
A) replace WoH with Heal Other (Jamei's Gaze)
I'd Love to see some other monks reactions to this.

Id say switch out Orison for Dwayna's Kiss, simply because u only need Healing Touch to heal urself..oh and I dont think ull need Divine Boon... but if ur keen on it it would be a good idea to bring some energy management.
Just a thought.
Another Edit: Maybe bring Rebirth or Rez Chant as ur 8th skill... Rez chant brings them back at the same amount of health you have (which is most likely 100%) Rebirth has the power of making them rez at your feet.

That woudl probably be a good idea, but u kno i just haven't gotten around to getting dwayna's kiss ( i kno i should)
Ya, energy hasn't been such an issue for me to this point when using it, as i don't try and keep everyone at full bar all the time, i conserve my energy and try and only heal people when they absolutely need it. I have run into trouble with getting spiked during Alliance battles but i'm sure all monks have to deal with that so no biggy.

Clearly the above poster doesn't realise why i use this build. Its to give out tons of healing at a time and quickly. That is why i have divine boon. To have an extra 50 or so health per heal to the peopel i'm healing is right up this builds alley.
Furthermore This poster obviously only looked at the skills and not the reasons. I use heal area and healing circle which Btw are the same skills. because after infuse health i am left at half health. With half health it cuts the preformance of infuse in half which is the main healing spell. That is why i have Heal area, so i raise my own health back up to full and then can use infuse to its full potential.
I guess i forgot to tell this in my post. That this is a pure healing build. this build is not intended to fix or remove anything from you, only to give you health.
Sorry if i sounded harsh there, i didn't mean to be.

Point taken scissors, I just like ressurect cause its a quicke rez and then i put them back alive and in the fight with infuse. Granted it is a better rez for warriors than casters, but hopefully the casters wont die too often so the rez wont be need for them as much as the warriors.

I have reservations against Heal area and Breeze. Heal Area heals enemies too, and will most likely incourage your attacker to continue. Breeze is an enchantment and when chattered will do an easy 83 damage. Not to mention the energy it uses.

Seems like a nice build to me, if not for energy management. Though i prefer heal other (jameis gaze) to infuse health. If someone is in dire need of healing i use WoH which gives extra health udner 50% and is only 5 energy. I also prefer to take along heal party instead of heal area. If you're the only monk and several teammates are having health problems itll put them into the save zone so you can easily put their health back 1 by 1.

I guess Heal Area is down to Heal Party being expensive, slow and doing less healing to you.

I used to use heal party, but i found that because it takes so long and does such little healing (only around 70 per person could be higher) that it doesn't help with an infuse build. The purpose of my healing build is to infuse people with tons of health and then when energy is low use woh to bring them high as well. Because i'm using an infuse i need to keep my health at a realtivley high level in order to keep the usefulness of my infuse high. Thats why i have heal area in there. cause i lose about 200 health or so, and with heal area get all or most of it back so i can infuse again at a moments notice.
