I have for a long time felt that something has been missing, since I for a long time ago played CS. I did nearly all weekends played cups with my clan. And they not so many "pvp-cups" in guild wars.
What i mean with Cup is that, I want some kinda cup system in game, for example you have a enter fee of 10k and 8 guilds is playing and you play through a bracket and the guild that wins the cup win 80k or maybe 60k and others guild can split on the rest.
And the cup system automatlic see when the two guilds is playing against each others and they see who wins so no one can cheat, and say they won when they actually loss.
And anyone can be cup-admin, not only "guild wars admin" can arrange cups.
This is like when you added "Observe" But maybe if you add a thing like this the "PvE" players would complain about that "you" spend to much time on pvp and not the same time on "pve", and maybe this is just a to big "mod".

I think It's a good Idea, It would be a new thing insted of the same pvp evertime and it would provide a new challenge for players to encourage them to join a guild and then compete for prizes and money. Sounds fun to me

Yea thats a really good idea! It's another way to have fun with PVP and also another way of earning gold. Would be good if it wasn't rated as well since your fighting for a cup and gold.

Shouldn't effect the economy, as it should be the players invovled in each guilds group which are competing should all have to donate to create the 10k entry fee, then the guild that wins the final cash, the gold is divided out evenly between each player on hte winning team who competed during the event.
Hah, at least that's how I see it working or how it could work.

by the way, anyone know any e-mail adress to a-net ? (so i could tell them this suggestion)

And no this would not effect the economy, beacuse the guild pays a enter fee, all money goes to the "pot".

You can go to guildwars.com and I believe it is in the support section that you would ask this, but you can have someone else confirm the correct place to list it if you want, or just search around guildwars.com yourself
