I registered an account for a free trial, and it said I would get a key for the trial. I got the e-mail, but there was no serial number. What am I supposed to do?

How did you do this? As long as I've been playing, they haven't had any free trials.
Was it a free trial you got from the purchase of a different game?

I'm not sure, I have'nt been able to find the link again, but it was on the official site, actually city of villains, but when I downloaded the game client, it was City of Heroes.

If it was City of Villains, it was more than likely the mmorpg.com 14-day Free Trial, I think. Though, I thought that was supposed to end back around May 10th or so.
Anyways, do contact the customer service people. They are quite helpful..surprisingly. You should get an answer within a couple hours if they aren't insanely busy. Hope you can get up and running soon. These are two awesome MMORPGs.

Ok. Don't worry about it being CoH, the client is the same for both games. As far as your code, have you tried logging into your PlayNC account? If you don't have one, that's probably the first problem since they make you have one of those to play...

I can log into the PlayNC account just fine, but I don't have a serial number to add the game...maybe I found an outdated free trial page lol. Oh well.

Demos did end around late May,they cost about $9.95 now, just by the game, there are no limitations to it, its awesome you'll have no regrets.
