Looking to join GameAmp Alliance

Hiya. I don't post much, but I visit everyday. I was wondering which toon would be preferred as a member. I have 4 that are all lowbies (under lvl 6) that I created just for this. So here they are:

Cole Blaze: blaster, Ice/Fire
Pariah Syndrome: controller, Earth/Storm
Blazing Vigor: tank, Fire/Energy
Cityman: scrapper, broad sword/Regen

Hopefully you will become more active on the Forums and get to know the great members here.

As for join the SG, you will have to catch one of the Staffers in game. The best way to find out who is available is by joining the Gameamp.com Channel.

I'd go with blaster or scrapper. we seam a little low on dam dealers and high on control. Also I'd like to see the broad/reg toon. Something about a man with a sword 8)

I like that Iron Ion name the best though.

BTW, are you the player I talked to as Naestra last night. Welcome either way, just curiosity 8)

Yeah I liked the Iron Ion toon, but I guess it was too similar and it got generic-slammed, oh well.

I have joined the Gameamp.com channel. Currently roaming the streets as The Cityman. He's a little light in the brain department :), but he swings a mean broad sword.

Hello fellow GameAmpers, I too am looking to join the Game Amp SG. I normally play on the Virtue Server but have made a Martial Arts Regen Scrapper on Triumph with the express purpose of joining the Game Amp Alliance. The character's name is Sinister Urge (Named after my site handle obviously) and my global name is @Swaltificati. I plan to play the character regularly around 10pm est every night or so if that helps for the staffers to find me. If you could give me a list of names I should look for each night to send tells for invite to, that would probably help more than just broadcasting in each zone that I am looking for an invite. Ill be checking back on this post in a few hours once Im back home from work, hopefully there will be a few posts following this one with some more information.

hey i'd suggest joining the gameamp.com channel to see if anyone is online on triumph, but i'd say that time every night people will be online. i'm on almost every night. you can PM me at Big the Tank or @Bigspeer next time you are online.

but then again the global chats havent been working since i7 so a PM or broadcast in atlas might be your best bet. if you get a hold of someone else just ask them to let someone with invite ability to know.

And how does one get onto the gameamp.com channel? But thanks Big the Tank, Ill be sure to look for you tonight. And as for Atlas, thats where I did most of my broadcasting yesterday looking for SG.

easiest way i can explain it:

you know the number tabs on top of the chat box? they are the 1-4 at the top right.

click on one and a box should open up with a button that says add tab. click the button and a new box will pop up. this is where you set you channels for that tab. click on the join channel button. type gameamp.com in the new window then click ok.

that should work.

to join the Gameamp.com channel just go into the Tab menu and click on "Join Channel" and type in Gameamp.com.

i would also like to join the Gameamp Alliance SG.

it probably said it wouldnt work because the global channels haven't been steadily up since i7. add big the tank to your friends list so you can see when i'm online then PM me.

I don't know if I will ever be able to get back in game ever again at this point, but if I do, could Tualshak or The Quantum Mechanic or Neo's Clone (any one of them) join the Alliance?

Simple Answer: School.

Long Answer: I am trying to get into college and get a PhD in physics so that I can go get my dream job over in Switzerland. When I was playing a while back I was getting addicted way too fast, even over 5 months my grades were dropping trememdously. I need to concentrate on RL right now. I'm also not all that good at organizing. When I can hold 2 things at once, I may finally get back in game. That also depends on my workload for my school at that moment.

The best way of getting a toon in the Alliance is joining the Gameamp Channel and seeing if you can catch one of the Staffers.

man i feel really bad now. Cause im like the biggest slacker i guess. Im getting ready to head off to college myself and i probly play more during college. Well i guess being a history major i can do that kind of. Not much homework other than reports.

Well, my sister's ex was able to balance a job where he won an award for revolutionizing his business at the age of 21, took care of his little 15 year old sister, and still found time to take care of his apartment and play Mx0 with my sister for hours on end. I always found that pretty amazing.
