Anybody know what class(es) get animal type pets? (wolf, bird, whatever) If you know what and at what level, I would be very appreciative.

mage -> summoner at lvl 10... you get a beetle. FUN!
Thats about all I know right now. Trying out the summoner class next.

well you start with a beetle...
I've played with a higher lvl summoner that had a fire, snake, thing. It looked pretty neat.

Ahh yes....the bug.
Something evil this way comes......A COCKROACH!!!
More like a beetle actually. I found it a great tool for all the lady Orcs, man did that scare them.
Later on the pets do get better, but a bug?
It was humbling at first. Hunting Orcs would get the response.... "OMG LOOK OUT, IT'S ART AND HIS BUG!"
Functionality? Yeah the bug works, it is all about growing up to your next pet.

Bugs ... spiders ... skeletons that are on fire ... they get better :P
I was wondering if they were race related ... anyone know anything about that?
As Tier'Dal I got a scarab ... but I saw an Erudite with a small spider ... same level and everything.

A scarab, a spider and a flaming skeleton ... that is what I have seen as Necromancer pets ...
Though I was wondering if they are race related. For example, my lvl 10 summoner who is Tier'Dal ... had a scarab as a pet, whereas a lvl 10 Erudite summoner had a spider ...
