how did this happen???!!!!

THis is so weird, I was playing with my new toon Hero's Guardian and i got my first mish then i made a team and we went inside but a ultra lag happend and we somehow ended up in a cov mission and there was a lvl 25 villain inside who killed us. Does anybody know if this has happend before or is it supposed to happen????

Were you in one of the PvP zones when this happened? There have been times when someone has a mission at the same place with you, and you two load at the same time you end up together. I have had this happen on CoH a couple of times (not often really like around 2). But I don't go into the PvP zones, so I'm not sure if has happened to anyone where they could be killed.

Normally you both just exist and reset your missions.

I have never had this happen but I have had a similar experiance. Before CoV my friend and I went into the arena, the game started loading our event, and when the load was done we were inside of someone else's mish that they were in the middle of.

Ive never had that happen, too wierd for me. I have on a few occaisons traveled to pocket D with my hero and ended up in the villians lobby. That was pretty wierd, and I got laughed at by the villians who were there lol

Not me. I've done a tone of PvP missions and never had any problems. Except maybe a Stalker ganking me just before I go through the door.[/FONT][/FONT]

Yeah, and here's a hint to optimize your link-clicking experience: you can get the full potential out of it by taking the period out of "game.amp", like such.

One PvP mission I was sent to Prison for dieing. I'm guessing this is a new feature hero-side they added in i7, it hasn't happened to me before in CoH. Instead of being in prison I seemed to be in the black space beyond Arachnose base walls, with the random tech-y stuff. I couldn't move either. Also, where the proper corridoors should have been was just a black void.

I had to wait for xtreme_hippy to finish the mish before I got out.

I've heard this happening a few times. It's even happened from CoH mission to CoH mission. A group of 16 took on Frostfire when they discovered that they spawned in the same mission. I'm guessing it must be some random bug in the instance mission area system. I'd bug it just to be sure the Devs remember its still out there.

this has happened to me once.

the story was that we picked up a tank in the hollows who conveniently had a mish right on top of where she was standing so, we set it and went in only to have the big "mission complete" flash, and we saw two or three people exiting the mish.

but then we found out that the tank ditched her previous team just prior to gettin picked upo by us.
