So after 4 painful hours with photoshop, and some wonderful help from Evil Geek in getting the boarder purple. For the very first time, I have made my own avatar. And for the first time in over a year I have changed my avatar.
What do you think? Is it missing something? Do you like Liz more? Tell me!

It was a shock. But after they got my heart beating again, and I picked myself up off the floor, set my chair back up, straightened by keyboard, combed by hair, ate some chips...you get the picture... I thought, cool! I love the purple neon look it has.

So I didn't waste 4 hours? I was ready to burn my computer for a while there. I'm still learning what all those buttons on photoshop do when you push them.

heh like I told you before I saw the purple and didn't realize it was you I thought I had stumbled across some new higher power that I was previously unaware of then I realized....oh....it's just thejeni.

Lol I dont have any formal training with photoshop but have played around with it for years and still hardly know what half the buttons do. I do like it, but like others said, at first I was like "who is this person, oh... ok..."

That gives me much hope for my use of photoshop... yeah thanks.
I know it can come as a shock when after a year or so of having the same avatar it gets changed. I usually know member's by their avatars. But I realized it was time to conform... kinda *grin* I like the purple.

You know why it's purple? Colour of Emporers - Romans wherent allowed to wear purple only the emporer. Assertting herself as being the top of the hierachical ladder thats what it's about really....see its all about power! We should be scared, they will soon be on us, marching into our towns and houses wielding cattleprods: thejeni's are coming!
Ermmm apart from the paranoid delusions it inspired, love it :) Cool colour and whoever did the purple border for you - pure genius!

And I thaught purple was the colour of her favorite teletubby and that this the reason why she picked purple...........
