Alrighty, the boss commands, and I comply!
I have come up with a thought for a t-shirt that would play off of the "More Cowbell" phrase, but it is rough and just in the idea stages. If anyone has any good ideas for this, please post them here. For the original thread that this started in, check this out.

Well, the more cowbell thing is about getting more that enough of something, so maybe of pic of something that is obviously overkill and someone saying "What's that? You want more cowbell?"

Man, more cowbell jokes are hard for games, but here are a few rough ones to start
A goblin or something similar playing drums on a suit of armor saying something like "man this needs more cowbell"
same said goblin eating a pile of cowbells saying "Mmm more cowbell! more cowbell!"
Some adventurers sitting in a tavern watching some minstrils playing with one leaning over to another saying something like "they would be good if they only had more cowbell"
yeah I got nutin'

You're right, it is hard. I went over a few ideas on the phone just today and nothing really hit me as being a seller.
Don't worry too much about it being a "cow bell". You can always use it as somewhat of a way to say "I need more of...". Let's see if that creates any new ideas.
