I know. Take a silhoette kinda like you see on the restroom doors and change it so that its sanding in the hero pose. You know, legs apart, fists on hips, with a cape blowing in the wind behind him. Above it it says Generic Hero #1. You could also make female ones with the girl silhoette.

My 2 cents: Use that hero blank that first shows up when doing character creation. You know, the one that's green faceless and full of bubbles and electricity.
