Yes, it is called Invincibility, It grabs the aggro from around, but doesn't do damage.
This is Paramore:
If you don't know them, why are you reading this?

Invincibility works as a continuous AoE low level taunt( unslotted for taunt ), extremely useful in herding and frees up Taunt to be used to pull villians off of teammates.
If you actually slot it for Taunt, you have to remember that the range of the Effect can grab aggro you don't always actually want, so experiment with it to determine how close you can get to a mob without accidently inviting them to the party.

Just as a matter of reflexion on the subject, if I may...
I play a lot with inv tanks (although no higher than level 29 at the moment). With hand clap from superstrenght, I knock down 10 opponents on the ground and, boy do they hate me after that! Added to the unyielding and invincibility toggles wich I always keep on, I found out that I never had any use for the formal taunt power yet...(thus giving me freedom to get another attack or defensive power). And if someone dies on my team, it's because I went down first!
Taunt is the classical way of attempting ''protective duty'' while in a team. When considering the ability of any tank to protect his team (his first duty), I beleive we must also consider his other power set(s), and how to best use them both to that end. A combination of powers (like described above) may do more and better than a simple taunt, considering also the damage or other effect these powers may have when implemented together ( as in the example above, they don't hurt anybody when they're lying on the ground).
I often read about things like wich power is better or needed or such, but not that often on how powers can be combined to achieve effects or objectives (like here for taking and keeping aggro). So, food for tought...
And for dessert; how also can powers be best combined between heroes to attain one's goal? Putting on a damaging aura on your tank will increase his ''popularity'' tremendously with the bad guys.
Hope I didn't digress too much on the subject...

Unyielding is the power in the invul's bag of tricks that prevents knockdown, resists holds, and such. Invincibility has the auto taunt, but it also tightens your defences for how many baddies that are around you.

My Invuln/ss tank is almost 43 right now... and I recently experimented with re-slotting things to help draw aggro.
See I team with a lot of spines scrappers who steal my aggro all the time. So to try to circumvent this lovely little side effect of their builds I slotted things for taunt including Invincability.
Now I can manage big mobs.... as a matter of fact I had 3 large (8 man team) mobs hearded on me the other day, but without taunt I couldn't have kept them all on me.
I have a hard time taking large mobs and large teams without taunt. I don't just use it as "oops, one got away" I use to to prevent them even getting away. My string usually goes jab, punch, jab, Haymaker, taunt, jab, punch, jab, haymaker, jab, Foot stomp.... with all the powers (except Foot stomp) with a taunt duration on them... I'm pretty much aggro city. :)
I'm not a Super Hero, but I play one on PC!
I didn't even cheat to get the result... first try!
