I did read all those topics about ranger drok runs, and i told my cousin. He went to try it out. First it took some time to get the good build but when he finnaly made one he also made it to droknars! (his chance isnt that high but it is possible. There is a movie of it here >>Video of drok run

it's been known to be done on all 6 original professions, but i don't know if anyones done an assassin or ritualist yet...

Oh i didn't knew that. But stil its nice try. He also tryd without armor but he only got hit 240 by and ice imp and died on the first 3 enemy's lol=P

I wonder instead of charge, what if the person use escape. What was the build warrior/ranger or ranger/warrior?

Well i guess it would be possible with escape instead of charge. But you cant use a balanced stance combo then=P. Well you still have 75% evade change. And if you wonder what the stats where they where as follow
Markmanship=11
Tactis=11
Expertise=11
He also says that he has a different build now=P

I never knew that droks run was able to be done with all of the core professions. O.o I thought that only rangers and warriors could do it. Must be a nightmare to run with a necro/ele/mesmer. xD
Assasins can be OK runners in the southern shiverpeaks since they have that skill that makes them invincible for a short period of time.
Don't know about ritualists though. But if it can be done with a necro or an ele, it sure can be done by a rit. :D

i can see a mesmer doing it...but is that before or after they upped the difficulty way back when...btw, i did it with my necro/war, before they upped it

Hmmm.. I saw that mesmer running video.. and i'm amazed.. Not only he had lucky spawns but the AI also seemed to leave him alone even if he ran past the mob and stood still right outside of the aggro bubble.. when i do that, the mob i just ran past runs up to me again.. :S

I like the mesmer drok run movie=P Archer smurf is trying to run it with monk now. Think that will be that hard. And that mesmer took also skills of good choice. Already thought on illusion of haste before but not on echoïng the balanced=P
EDIT: the mesmer uses a 33% faster skill maybe that gives the difference of the chasing mobs;)

I runned it with my A/W it worked!!!
Got: 15K imperial armor,
dash,
charge,
the thing u dont fall over,
i did it last month or somehting so i forgot srry...

Lol i told him. He done it before on 55hp monk yes but he dont got any movie from that. He thinks about a 500 hp monk drok run but i dont know that much of it yet.

well i know that one of my guildies does it with her monk, she does Mo/R ill ask her for the skills and try it out myself sometime, sounds fun i know the elite is escape, i think

I run South Shiverpeaks with a Mo/R. I havent tried a droks run, as I dont know the way.
My first runner to Droks was a W/A. He was fantastic.

i know there is a build somewhere where u can get the spell shadow form of the assasin to last forever which would make u basically invincible, this would be perfect for runners, need to try it out still but if it works it would be insane and i can see it being nerfed in no time.
