I have this Air Staff...
I was hoping to be able to trade it for something of equal value with WATER requirements.

That staff is merchant junk, salvage the mod, find the collecter with the water staff and put the mod on that. Max staffs have 2 inherent mods.

Like the req on a staff matters. Really, eles do damage by spells.
