This would be my build. I chose for Ghost Widow as patron because her powers have good damage, the Soul Storm is a great hold and the darkness fits the rest of the Power Sets :P

Well, I personally haven't had any problems with taking Stamina at lv26. My stalker , for example (lv35 now) only used a lot of endurance since I have Soaring Dragon (lv28) and Golden Dragonfly (lv32). Before having Stamina I just had to wait a bit after each fight, but I had patience.
That build would be my personal favourite if I had to make a Dark/Dark Stalker, but if you guys don't like the idea of taking Swift/Health/Stamina at latter levels, then that's your problem IMO haha.
