N/Mo Degen Build?

Hey, I just Cap'd Life Trans and I decided that I wanted to try out a Degen Necro.. But im not sure what all to put. My Chars a N/Mo, and i want to use the build in PvE.. Thanks

i dont think monks have ANY degen skills.. go N/Me i think if you want a degener.

You might have more success as a N/Me, but it's possible as /Mo. You've got Life Transfer, just use other degen skills like Suffering or Life Siphon. Degen necros aren't as popular in PvE, just for the reasons that they can't have multiple targets and degen doesn't seem to be as effective on NPCs. As a N/Mo, you could also use backup healing if your life stealing skills drop off or whatever.

i know monks dont... but i was hoping to Rely on the Necro Skills..

Usually, I would bring:

awaken the blood
arcane echo
life transfer
life siphon
suffering
parasitic bond
faintheartedness
malaise in RA {} res in everything else

The up side to being a N/Me is having the echo so that there is a continuous degen with LT.

Also, this build hits multiple targets at once.

if you were N/Me you can use huge energy to degen with 3 skills...

Life Transfer (*-3..7)
Conjure Phantasm (-5)
Conjure Nightmare (-8)

*depends on level of attribute

Just my opinion, but you can be a better degen necro with Wither.

-Wither [elite]
-Life Siphon (spread it around)
-Suffering
-Faintheartedness
-Parasitic Bond
-Malaise (use with Wither and Life Siphon)
-Awaken the Blood/Enfeeble/anything
-Res Signet

I don't like Life Transfer because of it's short duration and long recharge. With the skills listed, you could keep more degen on someone longer. Not to mention -4 degen energy.

EDIT: I said Life Siphon instead of Transfer. So sue me. :P
