| Minor question; but important for AB |
|
|

I have a very small question which imho for AB is of importance.
With AB you have 3 teams of 4 and in my experience your own team scatters just after getting to the first ressucrection shrine. One goes left, the other goes right. In order to stop running around i mainly focus on the teammembers in the neighbourhood and allies.
I know that for scrolling though opponents you can press TAB; but for healing allies or NPC, that are not in the list, a hotkey like TAB for foes, would be very usefull imho.
I was wondering if there is such a key and if so which one it is. For PvE and 'normal PvP' it's not a must, but for AB it could mean the difference between winning or losing.
(and no we did not loose.... we pwnd the kurzics :D )

It could work if you had the other teams shown as allies on the party list, like pets are. That would make it easier to heal them but you couldn't use skills like heal party or aegis on them since they wouldn't be on your party.

to be honest ive found tryin to be a healer in ab hetic as often your team splits i prefer a life degen blood nec which is self-suffienct and can take down most people and shrine things on my own. im not sure wheter healin si a key part to ab as some times all out attack is better for takin shrines over and over even if it measn you only stay 1 shrine up you will still win.
also i often ignore the res shrine due to the large fights you get there. often the big fight there leaves other shrines open to been taken down quicker and on my own.

Thats why i'm wondering for a 'scroll'hotkey like when selecting opponents (TAB0. If you click your ally; you can heal them. But in the heat of battle that is an almost impossible task when all are running around like headless chickens. If there is a ally hotkey it would be a lot easier and then they would'nt necessarily have to be in your teamlist. However, indeed as you say, heal party is useless for the other allies that are not in your list.
necromancer all the way

Sure, Alt already lights up your allies in the battlefield. The buttons for Next Ally or Nearest Ally are not set yet. You have to do those on your own. Go to options, Control Layout.

So it doesn't exist, only nearest ally. Odd that they have next item there instead O.o Maybe Anet could add something for that.
