Can anyone tell me where Elixir of Minor Mnemonic Enhancement drops, I remember it being a reward but just can't remember where from, thanks

It's a random potion-drop - not a static reward. I've seen them pop out of chests & boxes in every level dungeon, going from Minor to Major. Granted, the drop *very* rarely... so hoard them when you get them, or be nice and gift them to a spell-caster in your party. They do pop up as rewards for some quests without static rewards, but only for Wizard and Sorcerer treasure tables.
Also remember that clerics and bards use these too - I've seen some near party wipes averted because the cleric chugged a few of these and could heal again.

Found Elixer of Minor Mnemonic Enhancement as reward at end of Tempist. fyi. Don't know if it is always there or I just got lucky couple times I did Tempist:). Also, got a couple out of CO6 in chests. But thanks for all the info
