Ghial's Staff has those exact mods.
He's the boss with Flesh Golem outside of Senji's Corner.

You can get a collector staff outside Elona Reach. you need 5 Minotauer Horns.
Sry saw not DEATH STAFF. this is a Bone Staff
You can also get it from the Mt. Troll tusk collector a bit outside in Snake dance

I'm not in-game atm since im at work, and due to bandrehearsel i probs wont be on tonight as well.
Anyway; you have a better dropchance when you go with 1 or 2 hench. I will take my MM in there; kill some, raise my army and hope for the drop.

Also that staff does not have the 20% +1 deathmagic. To buy a staffwrapping will make it too expensive imho (20-40k). Better to get ghials staff. Currently i use the spinal rod of vizunah (20% HTRT) and the bleached skull (20% + 1 death, +30HP) of durham archives for my MM. Still i would like to have the 20% half casting time, which in my current weaponset lacks.

Ya, buy a +1 death magic wrap and a +5 energy head, combined with the collectors 20/20 staff, u got the same ting.
Ohh, and dye it silver if u want the EXACT same thing...
