So I've tried numerous times to check out the official forums for HJ. And I just can't seem to get it. Is there an easy way anyone has found to browse these? If so could you let me in on the secret?

I have the same problems. I usually end of in a thread somehow, click a few buttons and then all is lost. I assumed it was just me. So I have been relying on gameamp to get me the latest hot news.

New forum software would be the coolest. I just can't seem to navigate the ones that are up.

I used to play DragonRealms by Simutronics and there is NO easy way to navigate the forums there, they really need to update the forums. Sorry I couldn't be any real help but yeah their forums stink but their games are cool (but expensive).

I was SUPPOSED to be an alpha tester for HJ. I went to a simucon a few years ago and one of the raffle prizes was an alpha tester in HJ. But of course I haven't heard a word about it so far. I did remind them that I supposedly won it but we'll see if they follow through or not.
Simu charges alot for their games which is why I no longer have an account. Especially since it's all text based it seemed a little rediculous to pay almost $40.00 a month to play it when I can play almost 3 other MMO's for the cost of just one simu game.
Sometimes I think simu is in a little world of their own.
I am not trying to sound harsh with them but they do charge an aweful lot for their games. I always see the same people playing DR and they don't have much of an influx of new people. I used to try and help new players as my cleric and then I'd see older clerics who rant and rave if a "newbie" died without favors. Instead of helping the newbie get favors they would lecture them. It can be very clique-y.
However, I do like the game DR in and of itself though the skill grind is a little boring but the emotes and events they have are really well done... but most of the time you need to pay for those too.

I agree the forums are difficult to navigate. The most annoying thing for me is that once you've "read" a topic (viewed it) it's removed from the current list. I can't find out how to display "all topics" and not just new or unread topics.
New software I think would go a long way to making them more user friendly.
