Hmmm...Maybe Pand0ra is Pc'ing these items on what he thinks it's worth as appose to the real in-game prices. Technically Pand0ra is right about what he said (that these upgrades are worth allot less [Theoretically]) but You have to PC in a different way unfortunately Pand0ra. Sure, In some cases you are right as everyone has their own opinioun but no offence m8, You can't afford to price check in that way all the time.
