hey everybody...I been away for a while... and i wont be able to resume full time posting untill end of augest ='(
im bored so i made this post...
my fact is: J.R.R. tolkien was born in africa...and while there he was "attacked" by a large spider... he was afraid of spiders after this event.... this gave him the idea for the character shelob, years later....
Post anything about him ya know

When he was sixteen, Tolkien fell in love with a woman named Edith Bratt, who was 19 at the time. Father Francis, his guardian via the orphanage where he lived, forbade him from having any contact her until he was twenty-one. He obeyed devoutly.
On the eve of his twenty-first birthday, Tolkien wrote to Edith a declaration of his love and asked her to marry him. She replied saying that she was already engaged but had done so because she had believed Tolkien had forgotten her. The two met up and beneath a railway viaduct renewed their love; Edith returned her ring and chose to marry Tolkien instead.
They remained married until her death, some 58 years later.
