I cant seem to find Brother Pe Wan, when i reach the "x" spot, there isn't any. The questlog tells me he's in the kinya province, well i ran trough the whole map I think.
pls help me

Well if you havae the Jade Orb quest on you cant do it because ive had that quest on and try to do the ranger quest where u find Zu but the Yeti doenst spawn so youll have to ditch the quest.. the Jade Orb one

All you gotta do is abandon the yeti quest, but your problem should be fixed by now, since the dragon event is over :)
