There is somebody to explain me why Jade Wind Orbs are so wanted. May be I missed something.
I only see that you need 250 for the festival's mask but It is easy to get with the 4 small festival quests. I saw them to sell 12k for 250.

I sold a quite a few of them, and the price is all over the board. I really dont care about the masks myself, just another storage slot to me. I only kept eonough for 2 chars to get masks.
I even saw someone selling them in Ascalon for 500g ea. I dont know why people there were buying them, since the orbs are useless if you don't have Factions and access to Monastary.

This is the psychology of the masses - if you put something on sale, even it's your dirty smelly socks, there will always be someone to buy it.
Just like the story of the guy that made a website selling a paperclip. Somebody traded something for it, then another guy did, recently the owner of the site traded one hour of music studio recording for a house somewhere (!!) ... I think ...

Lazy rich people ... exactly.
As far as the Ascalon sale, I have seen people down there trying to mislead others with these things, same as people selling the cakes promising speed OUTSIDE of towns, and people selling dragon masks, even though they are customized armor.
Rip off artists I guess.
I can never think of anything catchy to write here.
