Lol, This is probably the final one I will be doing but I thought how useful it would be If you could access your other accounts storage and simply drag and drop things without having to get someone to help you move items across...

This would make stealing items/gold from other players easier aswell. You would be surprised to see how many people have been robbed because of someone logging into your account.
But nice idea tho

But doing this wont make the problem any more different than it is now. You can still easily access somebody's account in the Login Screen you wouldn't need this to do it...

What they mean is that if I were to have my account stolen this feature removes one step the thief would have to do to loot my junk and effectively makes it far easier to raid accounts.
Normally he's either got to use the well known method of running two instances of Guild Wars or he needs another party to transfer the stuff to. With this feature you would be removing this step from the thievery process and allowing him to simply take the stuff right from his own account without a second instance of GW or another person helping him.
So essentially you are addressing the problem which plagues people trying to transfer between their own two accounts (needing a second instance or a second person) but this is the very same problem a thief who steals your login info has... thus you are helping the thieves as much as the community as a whole.
As was said before, good idea but highly unlikely chance it would ever make it in as a feature.

it's a good idea. if they could allready hack into your account what is gone stop them from getting your vault?! if they can breach THAT allready this would be even easier.

I think the main reason why this wouldn't happen, is Anet's tendency to encourage 1 person to use 1 account, (which I happen to think is the appropriate way to treat things). They're making up for the absence of this sort of feature with improvements to storage, and the eventual, (hopefully...), addition character slots that can be purchased.
