I haven't received word from ebgames.com yet that my dvd edition has shipped. Some user on the official eq2 boards mentioned the DVD version was delayed. I've been searching the net for the past half hour trying to find some leads on this but can't.
Anyone else hear of this or am I just freaking out for no reason? *nervous laughter*
Next time I get the brilliant idea to pre-order online 3 months in advance, someone please slap some sense into me. Thanks.

I called to make sure there was no "OoPs!
The only mistake I made was not to have the game shipped to the local store, ugh!
Anyway......talking with EB games there was no mention of any delays. In fact, the person I spoke to said everything was going on schedule(DVD-CD's), which includes my order.
Mail, guess I won't be in-game until 11/10, the earliest.
:)

*twitches*
I need the game tonight... well not necessarily need but really really really want. A friend of mine picked up his copies last night on the way home from work. He was talking me through the install process of all 10 cds. hahah I don't know who it was more agonizing for. Me for having to listen to it and not being able to go through the same thing or him for just having to wait through a 30min install.
I even had a dream last night that I was installing the game. I don't even have the game and I'm apparently already addicted. O.o

I ordered the CE edition through EBgames online and selected the shipping method. Just checked the status and its on my local FedEx truck. Should be here in the next hour or two.
guess there weren't any problems after all. :)

I just got my ups tracking number. The parcel left my local sorting facility this morning and the game should be on my doorstep when I get home. *tries to contain his excitement*

*Still* waiting on mine. That letter about the 'tins' being held in Customs is just too thin....
So local stores have it on the shelf last Fri, but my pre-order is held up and still sitting on Sony's dock since the email sent Sat with my tracking #. UPS admits to being told of it's existence, but thus far, as nearly as I can tell, it hasn't budged.
At this rate, my guildmates will be level 25s and I'll never catch up. Have learned my lesson though, in the future, I'll post my preorder to a local retailer I can stand in front of and be obnoxious until they find me my copies somewhere!
Off to run rezzes in Howling Stones. Y'all be Well!
