It still appears to be glitched. Just give it some time. :)
As for gettign them from Kisu, you no longer can't. There should be an NPC there you can get it form at any time. But liek I said, it is still glitched from last night.

glitched as in... omfg no grasps appear! glitch? lol i was in international dis 11 and everyone was saying like some guy is a hacker and stuff

Its true that they didn't appear. In the second to last visit, the grasps didn't appear and no presents or fireworks appeared either. Dyring the last visit, everythign went as normal, but the grasps and fury didn't leave after they had lost. And they are still there..

Please read the site -_-
The "event" lasted the 30th through the 5th. You was able to get a mask from Kisu every two horus started on teh 4th at 2am PST and ending Midnight of the 5th PST. During his visit, he gave you the mask if you had 250 orbs, and then you played a game of tag. If you won, then you got fireworks and presents. If you lost, grasps killed you over and over and set you on fire.
Though the event ended, you are able to get a dragon mask anytime you want from an NPC up til the 11th. Anet just needs to update, to make it happen. :)

there should be an npc in shing jea now, prophecies chars need to get to shing jea to get it

actually, YES, but not about that rather about hearing 50x WTS, WTB, WTT orbs and when is the emperor here and where do you get the masks and who is giving the masks. CHECK THE SITE FOR HEAVEN'S SAKE!! i don't think that many person ever have seen it.
