Collector's Edition

I just Recently got the Collector's Edition of CoV and it was new, in the box i did not get the Ghost Widow figure and i do not have the purple power slide power. I got it new from Amazon, any suggestions?

well idk about GW but you only get the slider if you got CoH collectors edition

As was stated, the Prestige Power is only from the CoH Special Edition. The missing Ghost Widow HeroClix is also a known issue, and you can find out what to do about it HERE.

If you do have the CoH collectors edition, the power slide does apply to your CoV characters as well..

Just a question, but I already have the game CoV and CoH. I want to buy the collectors editon do i just add it to my bill or what? Cause i don't wanna be paying for 2 games.

Go into your NCSoft account maintanence page and UPGRADE your account with the CDKey from the box set that you buy. You'll get the prestige power slide and VIP/Destined One Badge (CoH Collectors Ed) or the Arachnos Chest Detail option (CoV Collectors Ed).

I have the CoH delux edition boxset and i upgraded my account but it still bills m for both and i dont have powersilde on CoV...

Question on the billing when you purchased COV did you use the Code on the Box of COV to upgrade your COH account? If you didnt you will be billed for the 2 seperate accounts you created. I see you said that you upgraded the Coh With the Collectors Code but if you have 2 separate accounts you will have to upgrade with the collectors edition on both accounts to have the slide on the Villains side. Unfortunately I think you can only use a code once so if you have 2 you can only upgrade one. If you do have 2 seperate accounts you will have to contact support about it I think they can change it to one account but you might end up losing your toons on one of your accounts. I am not sure if they can transfer your toons.

I had CoV first, would it have been wrong to then upgrade it with heroes or does it have to be vice versa?

By the sounds of it, you ADDED City of Heroes instead of UPGRADING. You can contact NCSoft's support team to fix it. However, one set of characters is going to be lost.

When you purchase the OTHER game, you need to choose the UPGRADE option instead of the ADD option.

I dont think it matters which you bought first. If you had COV first then when you bought COH the correct way to combine the two would have been to upgrade your COV account with the Code from your COH box. When you do that than you have one account and can be either a Villain or a Hero on the same account. When you have both you will have 12 Characer creation slots on each server. Some People like to have 2 seperate accounts because you will have 8 individual Character creation slots for each server for heroes or Villains so essentially you could have 16 heroes and Villains on the same server. But with the seperate accounts you have to pay $15.00 a month for each. That is why you are being billed that way. To me its not worth the extra 15 bucks for the 4 slots but some people want them. Another reason people want 2 accounts is so they can PL their alts by lackying their alt to their Higher level toon on their other account (if they have 2 computers that is).
